SHIPPING POLICY
We prepare and manufacture your perfectly fitted suits within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Depending on your location, it might take an additional 7-12 days to reach your doorstep. Do not worry for we would make sure the formal suit reaches your doorstep safe and sound.
PRIVACY POLICY
Suit Masters would only use your personal contact information for the purpose of promotion emails and updating you regarding your order. We would never share your personal contact information to any other outsider or a third party.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Suit Masters does not accept cancellations of order or provide refunds as we stitch all your suits perfectly according to the measurements you provide us.
We provide in-store credits for worse case scenario and always make sure that things do no come down to having to refund you. Any problem regarding the product should be updated to us within 72 hours of delivery.
CONTENT POLICY
It would be of great help if you could contact us regarding any removal of content if the the pictures of the suits belong to you. Suit Masters would gladly cooperate and make sure to edit the content as soon as possible.
